to communicate your beliefs and philosophies to others (for they want
to hear) and share what you've come to understand of the SELF. If you
retreat into privacy or retreat into your shell then you have only
yourself to blame if no one listens and life becomes lonely.

for a HOLIDAY, time to get away, time to get out of your head and
into your heart for problems are never solved - only out lived.
