During
these years the 'personality' is being formed - Not 'character' for
there is a difference!
The 1st house
(Ascendant) is all about your identity. It's the 'clothes' you wear,
the mask you project to the outside world (your persona). You are
identified by the sign on the cusp, its ruling planet and by any
planets on or near the Ascendant.
Are you a

No matter what
sign or what planets occupy the 1st house you're being asked to be
fearless in all you do, to act with confidence, to meet challenges
and assert some leadership, to take the initiative and be sure of
yourself. Remembering the following truth will go a long way in
releasing whatever 'energy' you posses. The creative urge can never
be extinguished - it can however, become blocked or infertile!
Whenever this happens, the dynamic force behind the creative urge
will seek a compensatory form of expression, usually destructive.
Example: Repressed love becomes hate, blocked creativity becomes
destructive leading to fear, frustration, irritability and anxiety,
think about it the next time you want to do something, go somewhere
or say something and do nothing about it! Sooner or later the
repressed emotion will find another outlet, another way of
manifesting or your weakest link.
No matter
your upbringing, the early years of your life will manifest again
when you reach the years 42-49!
