You've heard about it, you may even have experienced it, but what is it? Some people call it an out of the body experience (O.O.B). How many times have you felt as though you were floating or sinking out of your body when you went to sleep? Have you ever had the experience of standing beside yourself, watching your body? Many people will tell you that whilst on the operating table, dentist surgery, hospital emergency ward about the experience of floating above their body. Sure, they may not admit it to everyone but there are many people out there who have experienced an out of the body experience, an astral projection, without realising what was happening. Are you one of them? If so, what you have experienced is a 'projection' of your subtle body, your Astral Body.

There's nothing mysterious about it; it's something we all do at various stages in our lives, particularly when under stress. Even when you've drunk too much you may have experienced standing beside yourself as though you were watching over your physical body. Some people who've gone through a horrific car smash will tell you that they could see it all happening, as if they were watching it on T.V! Many people, throughout the ages have 'left' their body and returned to tell the tale. In actual fact everyone, even you, do this every night when you dream for it's when we sleep that we enter the so-called astral realms. Everyone does this whether they remember it or not. More and more people are talking openly about their dreams, their feelings, their experiences, and their emotions more than before. Some can explain themselves better than others but everyone has something to tell. What about you?

What is Astral Projection and how can it help me, you will ask. First things first, let me ask you a question: Where is your mind? Is it in your brain? Or you're big toe? Scientists cannot tell you where the mind is located, do you know? Some people equate the mind with the soul. What is the soul? Does it exist? If so, where? Questions mankind has asked for a millennium. I don't have all the answers but I do know this much. I'm not just a body of flesh and blood. I conceive concepts but I don't know where they originate. I sometimes know who is on the phone before answering it. I sometimes know a certain street although I know I haven't been there before. When I meet someone for the first time I often feel as though I've met him or her before, although I know I haven't. When I dream I achieve all the things I wish I could achieve whilst awake. In my dreams I can solve all my problems, how come?

In this transcript I'm going to try to outline how you can 'experience' an out of the body experience, to do this consciously, thereby setting yourself free. Free from the fears and perplexities of daily living. Freedom to be the person you know you really are, not the person other's expect you to be. Freedoms to bring about the 'miracles' you want from your life.

I'm not giving instructions for you to escape reality but to enhance your reality so that every waking moment becomes what you want it to be. To help you create the kind of life you want for yourself. All it takes is a little practice. Are you willing to try or, do you want continue to live each day as it seems to happen? The benefits from leaving your body at will, for that's what you will be doing, is to reaffirm that the soul exists, not just in your imagination, nor in the philosophy you subscribe to but a reality you can experience for yourself. Let's journey together and set each other free. Free from the problems we create for ourselves; free from the worries we create by dwelling on them. Free from the seeming ordinariness of everyday existence. Let's try and experience the existence of your consciousness as being greater than you're everyday Self and experience the existence of your 'soul' or 'self'. When you experience Astral Projection (at will) you will come to realise that you are more than you ever thought yourself to be. This I promise you.

There's nothing to be frightened about; there is nothing to fear. You won't become lost in some Astral world. There are no ghosts, no devils, no monsters or anything except what you imagine in your own mind. All you need do is relax and allow the real YOU to surface from the depths you have allowed yourself to be immersed in. Millions of people throughout the world have spontaneous experiences of Astral Projection, not knowing how they have achieved this and therefore are unable to repeat it at will. This transcript will help show you the way, not only to achieve freedom from your body but also to help you create a better world for yourself. You'll be set free from the mundane; free from the everyday, free from whatever frustrates you. Yet, you will not be escaping your reality but enhancing it. Your relationships will improve, your money worries will solve themselves, and your health will take a turn for the better. Your life will be enhanced in ways you cannot even imagine at the moment. All you need do is follow a few simple instructions and you are on your way.

Step One: The first step everyone needs to learn is to relax. Easier said than done in this busy world of ours, however all you need do is lie flat on your back and monitor your breathing. Once you have done this for a while you then concentrate on your heartbeat. In your mind, try to shut out all other sounds, the ticking clock, the traffic passing the window, the birds singing outside. After about 10 or 15 minutes you'll have entered a state of relaxation, even if you never go beyond this point, regular practice of this technique will benefit your everyday life more than you know.

Step Two: Once you feel you've 'relaxed' enough try to imagine yourself floating upwards towards the ceiling. Don't rush this process, let it happen. The first time you experience this will cause your physical body to 'jump' a little because your excitement at achieving success often brings you back into alignment with your body. If this happens it is better to try another day rather than force the issue.

Step Three: After a few successful attempts at 'floating' out of your body the next procedure is to look back and see your physical body lying on the floor. Once again it's likely when you experience this for the fist time your physical body will jump and it'll all be over. Again, leave things for another day and try again.

Step Four: One you have gained your confidence with steps one, two, three and you remain out of your body for a period of time it's time to experience movement. Why not try standing upright whilst in your Astral Body? This will take a little practice but is easily achieved. Try it. One you have achieved this state you are ready to walk around. Don't attempt to go anywhere, stay in the room you are in and move within the confines of your own four walls. Any attempt, until you are more experienced, will immediately bring you back into alignment with your physical body. Once you have arrived at step four you are on your way to a better life, for everything you experience from now on will take on a different dimension. Nothing will worry you, nothing will concern you, and you will now have experienced freedom.

Step Five: After some time with the above 'steps' and some people manage this on their first attempt, others after only a few days, some after a few weeks, but for some they never get beyond Step One. It makes no difference; you'll still benefit from the experience. It's time to leave the confines of the room you are in. Try it. What you will find is this, once you attempt to 'travel' (let's say to the room next door). You'll probably find, once you attempt it, you are there...Again the experience of your success may excite you so much that once again you are brought back into your physical body! As I keep saying it all takes practice so be patient.

Step Six: Once you've gotten over the excitement of the above steps and have gained confidence in your attempts it's time to travel a little further afield. What I find is the easiest method is to 'visit' a familiar place, let's say your family home, or, the local park, even your workplace. Again, once you attempt this 'traveling' you'll immediately find yourself being there. No need to take the bus, the car, train or plane. Once you find yourself wherever you want to be take a good look around at what you see and when you return to your physical body, your everyday consciousness, write down immediately what you saw or experienced. If for example you seen a friend or family member dressed or behaving in a certain way write this down and ask them later what they were doing or wearing at the time you were there! Once you become more adventurous you can go almost anywhere you want and I mean anywhere. I

It's not for me to say where you will go or what you'll see or attempt to do but what I do know is that your confidence in your own abilities to deal with everyday life, everyday situations will dramatically improve. Your self worth, your self-esteem, your self-confidence will increase, empowering you to act on rather than react to life.
