of Cups = Regret.
Here
we see an unexpected emotional experience, something forcing you to
reassess your feelings. An awkward situation has to be faced, there's
no running away or escaping into the realm of blaming something out
there for what's happening to you has been 'boiling' for some time
and is now spilling over.
When
everything settles down, when you face the reality of any situation
there'll be an opportunity to re-build from what's left over. If
there's to be any kind of separation and there's no chance of
reconciliation accept the situation and move on.
