Living Alone! With more and more people living alone, either by choice or circumstance. Let me ask you a question: If you live alone, how do you cope with your own company ? Is the first thing you do when you walk through the front door is to check the answering machine ? When you arrive home after a hard day at the office do you reach for a glass of wine ? Or, is the first thing you do is turn on the television ? Or, maybe you switch on the computer and surf the net ! Although more and more people ( men and women ) say they enjoy their own space how many of you secretly wish the phone would ring with an invitation ? Think about it for a moment, if you live in an apartment building, how many singular tenants are there in your block ? If you live in a house how many people in your street live by themselves? I think you'll be surprised when you give it some thought. When we are by ourselves our thoughts are free to roam where they will, sometimes pleasantly, other times unpleasantly. What about yours ? Do you secretly yearn for the good old days or, are you quite happy to share your world with the cat, dog, goldfish, budgie ? When you retire to your bed do you thank your lucky stars you have a good book or, do you cuddle up with your teddy bear and fantasise about an old lover ? Living alone means the mess you left in the morning is your mess, the chocolate biscuit your didn't eat last night is still in the pack, the dishes you didn't wash are your dishes. So, why is it that more and more people are turning to anti-depressants ? Why are more and more people seeking therapy ? Why, do you think, counselling is a growth industry? As a Numerologist I'm constantly asked questions regarding relationships, regarding career, or when will things change. When I see a client who lives on their own I ask them how they manage their time, how they cope with their own company. Some tell me they cope very well, others tell me they are bored out of their brain. What about you? Your date of birth gives a clue as to how you can manage your personal time, let me share this with you so that when you are on your own you can utilise your 'space' to your advantage. Forget all about the year of your birth, forget the month of your birth, concentrate on the day of date. For it's this number which gives you all the clues you need.
Born on the 1st:10th:19th:28th of any month. You're one of the lucky ones for you tend to enjoy your own company more than most. When you arrive home after a hard day the first thing you should do is look in the mirror and say " hello gorgeous." For if you don't like yourself then it's going to be a long lonely night. You're likely to be creative and if you have a garden you should spend some time there before you retire for the evening, if you don't have a garden then you should tend to the indoor plants you've acquired. If there are children and they've grown or, are living apart from you, why not keep in touch with a phone call once or twice a week. Hobbies are healing so don't neglect your many interests. February to August are the best months of the year to socialise so plan for a holiday or two during these months.
Born on the 2nd:11th:20th:29th of any month. Living alone is more likely to result as a circumstance rather than by choice for this number. You need people more than you know so when you arrive home from the office check the answering machine and if there are no messages get on the phone to a friend or two. In doing this you'll be able to relax with your own company. Cook yourself a decent meal and set yourself a nice table ( not in front of the television ). You're likely to have a pet or, a pair of fluffy slippers, so attend to the cat or dog, goldfish or budgie or, slip on your favourite slippers and review what you've done during the day. The best months of the year for you are between July and December so plan to visit family members during these months. Keeping a diary is another pastime so write down your thoughts, inspirations, fears or anxieties and you'll feel refreshed.
Born on the 3rd:12th:21st:30th of any month. Arriving home on your own, the first thing you're likely to do is reach for a glass of wine, for this is one of the stress numbers. Before you settle in for the evening why not read a few chapters of your favourite book or, flick through a magazine or two. You enjoy people and parties but, too many late nights really takes it's toll. Being on your own can be a mixture of choice or circumstance and when you do find yourself 'on your own' make sure you get a few early nights. The healing months for you are between December and June when you should either spend time on your own, join a class, enrol in a course or, catch up with your studies. Every so often you'll re-arrange the furniture, paint the apartment, upgrade the appliances. All of which keeps you motivated, something else which ebbs and flows throughout the year.
Born on the 4th:13th:22nd:31st: of any month. Switching on the television, radio, stereo, even the computer is what you're likely to do when you arrive home, for you need background noise more than you know. Life is a roller coaster with friends and acquaintances constantly needing your advice or, the opposite, with you ringing them to ask about this problem or that worry. Living on your own can be a blessing or a curse for it's often forced upon you. Run yourself a nice hot bath containing essential oils and immerse yourself for about 15 minutes, this will relax your aching body for your number builds up stress during the day. The best months of the year are between February and August so during these months mix and mingle with as many people as you can for new and long lasting friendships can be formed at this time. Read books of an uplifting nature and if your interest takes you into the realm of science fiction read as many books as you can on this subject.
Born on the 5th:14th:23rd of any month. You'll arrive home late or not at all is what your number is all about for being on your own is not something you'll enjoy too often. You need variety and when you do find yourself on your own you'll absorb yourself in as many (unfinished ) projects as you can. Your mind wanders from the past to the future, from the morning's activities to the afternoon's calamities. Relaxing does not come easily and getting early to bed is not likely too often for you tend to take work home with your ( either in your briefcase or in your mind ). The best months of the year are between June and September. These are your healing months and any long distance journeys should be planned for this time. Every so often you should invest in a skin care routine and make it a nightly ritual to cleanse the skin of any impurities it's accumulated during the day.
Born on the 6th:15th:24th of any month. Living and working from home suits your number best of all for you really enjoy your little 'palace.' Home is where the heart is and you just love coming home from a day in the workplace. You've probably left it nice and tidy before you left for work in the morning and if you happen to work from home you'll attend to the domestic duties before you begin your work activities. You enjoy your comforts and if anyone happens to share your life they had better appreciate your taste. You may have a few pets, a few plants, a garden or window box, all of which benefit from your tender loving care. You'll be cautious with your money and a healthy bank balance will result. However, you also need a loving partner to share your bed every so often so don't neglect your physical needs for your number can become something of a recluse if you're not careful. The months of the year to allow others into your domain are between May and October.
Born on the 7th:16th:25th of any month. Living on your own is often by choice for your number is often let down or, left at the alter!! Being alone is healing for you and something you'll enjoy or, if you don't enjoy it you'll be 'forced' by circumstances until you do. When you arrive home after a long day looking after others or, dealing with difficult customers, patients, business projects, you should relax your feet before you do anything else. Get out of your shoes, put your feet up and if they really bother you why not soak them, massage them, appreciate them for carrying you through the day. The best months of the year are between March and September and during these months you should find time for yourself. In choosing a place to live why not consider living near the ocean, river or lake. Water is healing for your number so a shower last thing at night and first thing in the morning really washes the cares away.
Born on the 8th:17th:26th of any month. Another Birth Number where living alone is a mixture of choice and circumstance. Some of you will really enjoy your own company others will find it depressing. Career satisfaction is important to you and if career goes well then you'll enjoy coming home to your own 'four walls.' If career is not going according to plan then coming home to an empty flat / house is not something you'll look forward to. Being on your own you might be tormented by the past or comforted by your yesterday's. Reading and writing are hobbies you should consider as healing for your soul. You might find comfort with your favourite teddy bear or the latest video. Being on your own can be uplifting or really depressing so keep yourself in the 'moment' as much as you can. Look at your bedroom for it might need a little less formality, it might need a face-lift, an upgrading or a little less organising. The best months of the year are between January and July and these are the months to focus on your career, make changes, ask for a raise, seek recognition.
Born on the 9th:18th:27th of any month. You'll enjoy your own company for having someone under your feet for too long causes tension. Living alone is often by choice for you don't like answering to anyone. You enjoy travel and it's often on the spur of the moment. When you're at home you enjoy a telephone conversation, a one to one conversation but, doing your own thing is what you're really all about, liking your own way, enjoying your own space. Living with you can be like living with a 'time bomb' and if life really bogs you down you'll create changes just for the sheer sake of making changes. Moving, renovating, radically altering your life style for the sheer challenge really brings out the best in you. Reading is therapeutic so invest in a few good books. The best months of the year are between November and March. During these months create the changes you want to make and if you need to say 'sorry' to anyone then these are the months you'll be taken seriously.
